We asked a number of our guests what they thought about our DJ, and here's what we got:
The DJ was friendly, professional, neatly dressed, system worked good as far as I could tell, music was good, good performance.
Matt was there on time, friendly, professional and looked comfortable and dressed up. The system he had looked in good shape, the sound was good – as far as I could tell - and he kept the volume to a good level. The one time the bride’s mother asked to have the volume lowered he did so immediately. As a coordinator I found him easy to work with and amiable to any changes and flexible with the schedule. I would hire him again. In fact I’m going to pass his name on to other coordinators.
We thought the DJ did a great job. He definitely worked the room and got people on the floor, we had a good time!!!
On a scale of 1-5: Friendliness-5; Appearance-5; Sound quality-4; Music selection-5; Volume-4; Overall: I think he was a very nice, professional young man. He interacted well with the guests. I would recommend him if I was asked.
As for the DJ, he was, without a doubt, the best I've ever come in contact with! His friendliness, professionalism & appearance are all up there at the 150% level. I have never seen a DJ so involved with a crowd as he was....and he genuinely seemed to enjoy it! The music selection was a nice variety and there was something there for everyone. I would give him an A+ overall. He has definitely picked the perfect career ~ he's a natural.
The DJ was FANTASTIC, all of the qualities mention were fulfilled by him with excellent professionalism - he was great, a great motivator and he interacted with the crowd wonderfully - I give him an A plus.
You got lucky with your DJ. We were told to never use a service because you don't have any control over who shows up, but he was great. One of the better DJs I've seen. Very engaging and yet didn't badger the crowd to do what he wanted.
I thought the DJ was excellent. Much better than other DJ’s I remember.
I thought the DJ did a great job. I did like his outfit - the vest in particular vs. a suit jacket. I just thought it looked very sharp. He seemed very friendly and professional, and he seemed to do a good job at paying attention and doing things in a timely fashion. The music selection was good and his involvement and knowledge of the dances was really nice.
I thought the DJ did a really nice job. I think he was very receptive to taking requests and playing them. I especially liked that he got out on the dance floor to give a quick lesson for certain songs/dances. All-in-all, I would recommend him.
I thought he did a pretty good job. It's hard to get people up and jumping, but he did it.
